Born in Brooklyn, NS, on August 15th 1958, he was the son of the late Wells and Hilda (Harrison) Parnell. Stephen was a loving husband, proud father and grandfather, brother, son-in-law and friend to all. He was a valued, long-time, employee of Loblaws Ltd. Many recall his warm smile and sense of humor that he would share with everyone he met. Stephen considered everyday to be “the best day of his life” and was well known for his mischievous antics and fun jokes which kept people on their toes. Stephen was a lifelong musician with a passion for the drums, he enjoyed traveling and spending quality time with his family and friends.
